Each year the Prix Charles Ritz rewards by a trophy & a cheque the works undertaken with devotion and commitments by individuals or communities. The award will offer them the opportunity to benefit from advices from river specialists and to draw the public’s attention on their achievements.

How to apply – All applications with projects undertaken in England and Wales are accepted. Please 4 pages maximum + attachments. You may apply by e-mail to prixcharlesritz@gmail.com by the 31st August.

Publication of results & information to candidates– The judging panel will compile a short list of 3 dossiers – Each candidate will be informed on the outcome of its application by 20th September at the latest.   The available judges will visit these 3 projects over the summer and the jury will make a final decision end of October.

The award ceremony– The winner will be notified in November, and an awards ceremony held beginning of next year to which the winner will be invited with an other guest of his choice
